I. General Provisions
- Welcome to Satsforstuff.com!
1. These terms of use (the “Terms of Use”) apply as of January 1, 2026, to all use of the Satsforstuff.com.nl website and the Satsforstuff.com app (the “Platform”), to all services offered by Basinc (“Satsforstuff.com”), and to all agreements Satsforstuff.com enters into regarding the use of the Platform and the services. By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms of Use.
2. The Terms of Use consist of 4 chapters: (I) General Provisions, (II) Rules for Posting Listings, (III) Conditions for Business Advertising and Other Conditions (IV). Depending on how the User uses the Platform, certain chapters of the Terms of Use apply in addition to these (I) General Provisions. Insofar as chapters (II), (III), and (IV), contain provisions that conflict with provisions in this chapter (I) General Provisions, the provisions in the other chapters take precedence.
3. Satsforstuff.com recommends that everyone using the Platform or related services (a “User”) read these Terms of Use. Satsforstuff.com may amend these Terms of Use from time to time.
4. A User may offer or search for products, digital content, and (digital) services on the Platform, either free of charge or for payment to Satsforstuff.com. Offering or making a call is done by creating a public listing on the Platform (the “Listing”). A Listing includes, among other things, the title and description of the products or services offered or sought. A User who posts a Listing is referred to as an “Advertiser.” Every User of the Platform must have registered on the Platform as described in the Privacy Statement on this page.
5. Satsforstuff.com is not a party to the agreement that arises between an Advertiser and a User. Advertisers and Users must resolve disputes among themselves. Satsforstuff.com does not guarantee the quality or conformity of products and services traded via the Platform and provides no guarantees in this regard. - Specific Terms for Additional Services or Promotions by Satsforstuff.com
Through the Platform, Satsforstuff.com offers additional services and promotions itself, such as Satsforstuff.com Advanced. In addition to these Terms of Use, specific terms apply to those additional services or promotions, which are communicated when the User subscribes to the respective service or confirms participation. Insofar as there are provisions in these specific terms that conflict with these Terms of Use, the specific terms take precedence. Prices for these services and promotions may be personalized, for example, based on recent purchasing behavior. These prices may differ from those for other Users.
Specific Terms for Third-Party Additional Services
On the Platform, Users may also use services offered by third parties to facilitate transactions. The terms of the respective third parties apply to such additional services. Insofar as the terms of third parties conflict with these Terms of Use, the third-party terms take precedence.
References to Third-Party Websites
The Platform contains references to third-party websites (e.g., hyperlinks or banners). Satsforstuff.com has no control or influence over the content of these websites. The (privacy) rules of the respective website provider apply to these websites.
Processing of Personal Data
The Privacy Statement on this page explains how Satsforstuff.com handles your personal data and how we protect your privacy when you use our Platform.
Minors
The services of Satsforstuff.com are only accessible to minor Users if they have obtained permission from their legal representative or if it is customary in society for a minor of that age to perform the relevant action independently.
Prohibited Use of the Platform
1. The content of the Platform may never be copied, modified, reproduced, or made public (except for personal Listings), except for RSS feeds for personal use and/or news items up to a maximum of 100 Listings or 100 hyperlinks to Listings. Exceptions include use on personal weblogs or other personal websites.
2. Users are not allowed to collect personal data of Advertisers (including email addresses and phone numbers) and/or contact Advertisers to offer their own products and/or services.
3. The database of Listings is protected by Satsforstuff.com’s database rights. This means, among other things, that Users are not allowed to request and reuse a substantial part of the content of the database of Listings and/or repeatedly and systematically request and reuse non-substantial parts of the content of the database of Listings under the Database Act, unless the aforementioned exception for personal use and/or news items is met. Users are also not allowed to display hyperlinks to Listings on another website unless prior written permission from Satsforstuff.com has been obtained or the aforementioned exception for personal use and/or news items applies.
4. It is not allowed to post Listings on the Platform via an automated system or in any other way other than through the ‘Post Listing’ button, unless Satsforstuff.com has granted permission (e.g., in the case of API partners).
5. It is not allowed to post Listings on behalf of or commissioned by third parties, unless Satsforstuff.com has granted permission (e.g., in the case of API partners).
It is not allowed to create an account on the Platform with a temporary email address, also known as a disposable email address.
Information Obligations for Advertisers
1. All Advertisers must provide their status (business or private) and personal (contact) details or company information correctly and ensure they are accurate and up to date.
2. If there are legal (information) obligations, the Advertiser must comply with them. If Satsforstuff.com is legally required to identify the Advertiser or request additional (company or contact) information, for example due to tax law, the Advertiser must provide the information without delay.
Content Moderation
To ensure that the Platform remains safe and clean, Satsforstuff.com uses human evaluation in combination with automated systems to identify content that is clearly illegal and/or in violation of the Terms of Use.
Violations and Possible Measures by Satsforstuff.com
1. When using the Platform, every User must comply with the law and the Terms of Use.
2. To report illegal and infringing Listings, offensive content, and other issues, Satsforstuff.com asks Users to use the Report to Satsforstuff.com system. Complaints about fraud can be reported via the contact option.
3. If Satsforstuff.com receives indications and/or complaints from Users or third parties or otherwise believes that a particular User is not acting in accordance with the law and/or the Terms of Use, Satsforstuff.com may – if it deems appropriate – for security reasons and to protect the Platform, take the following measures. Satsforstuff.com may also take these measures if a User unreasonably uses the Platform (e.g., causing nuisance or damage). In some cases, Satsforstuff.com may take these measures without prior warning to the User:
Satsforstuff.com may (temporarily or not) exclude the relevant User from the Platform or Satsforstuff.com services, or limit certain functionalities for this User. For example: suspension of the User’s account, limited ability to post Listings or responses; and/or
Satsforstuff.com may remove one or more Listings of the User without refund of the amount paid by the User; and/or
Satsforstuff.com may suspend obligations towards the User and temporarily block payments to which a User is entitled (with or without the help of its payment service provider) as long as the User does not comply with an obligation under these Terms of Use, after being summoned by Satsforstuff.com.
The measures Satsforstuff.com takes in a specific case and the duration of such measures depend on the facts and circumstances. Satsforstuff.com considers, among other things (where relevant): the number of times a User has provided illegal content or made an unfounded report, the type of illegal content or unfounded report, the consequences, and the intent behind the content or report.
Satsforstuff.com may process the personal data of those involved in connection with the above measures. If necessary, Satsforstuff.com may, within the limits of the law, pass on personal data to authorities, for example, to the police. Further details are described in the Privacy Statement on this page.
No Guarantee for the Platform
1. Satsforstuff.com cannot guarantee that the Platform (and related services) will always meet expectations. Satsforstuff.com also cannot guarantee that the Platform will function without errors and/or that continuous and/or secure access to the Platform or parts thereof can be obtained.
2. All information and figures on the Platform, as far as originating from Satsforstuff.com, are subject to typographical errors or mistakes.
Limitation of Liability of Satsforstuff.com
1. Satsforstuff.com excludes, to the extent permitted by law, liability for any damage a User suffers due to:
use of Satsforstuff.com services;
the unavailability or insecure availability of the Platform or parts thereof;

the use of third-party services or purchased products via the Platform;
changes to Satsforstuff.com services or changes to or on the Platform;
actions by the User in violation of the Terms of Use and/or applicable laws and regulations;
a measure taken by Satsforstuff.com regarding a User and/or Listing.
2. If Satsforstuff.com is liable for any reason, its liability is limited to the higher of (a) the total compensation paid by the User to Satsforstuff.com during the 6 (six) months preceding the act causing liability, or (b) €250.

A User acting as a consumer may submit their dispute with Satsforstuff.com to the Disputes Committee for Online Shopping in accordance with the applicable regulations and conditions. To challenge a decision by Satsforstuff.com regarding content moderation, a User may also contact one of the out-of-court dispute resolution bodies designated by the European Commission and listed in this list. This complaints procedure does not affect the User’s right to submit a dispute to the competent court.
14. Amendments
Satsforstuff.com may, at any time and at its discretion, modify the Platform or parts thereof, including listing duration, renewal options, the layout of categories, the layout of the Platform, and search options. To the extent required by law, Satsforstuff.com will announce a change before implementation.
Other Provisions
1. Satsforstuff.com is part of Basinc and has VAT number: NNB and is registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number: NNB.
2. Satsforstuff.com may change the Terms of Use or parts thereof at any time. Satsforstuff.com will aim to announce such changes within a reasonable period before they take effect. Changes take effect within a reasonable period after announcement, or after the User has used the Platform and/or services of Satsforstuff.com again after the change, whichever comes first.
3. Satsforstuff.com informs you of your right to conformity regarding digital services in accordance with applicable consumer law.
4. If Satsforstuff.com does not (immediately) enforce a provision of the Terms of Use, this does not mean that Satsforstuff.com waives the right to enforce it at a later time or against another User. Deviations from the Terms of Use are only valid if confirmed in writing by Satsforstuff.com. If one or more provisions of the Terms of Use are declared invalid by a competent court, the remaining provisions remain in force.
5. Notices to Satsforstuff.com (other than regarding infringing or otherwise unlawful Listings) may be addressed to Satsforstuff.com. Notices to Users will be sent to the provided email address, or by registered mail if necessary and an address is available. Notices sent by registered mail are deemed received 5 (five) working days after the date of dispatch.
6. Satsforstuff.com is always entitled to transfer its rights and obligations under agreements relating to the Platform or related services to one of its group companies. Users will be informed accordingly.
7. Agreements resulting from all services of Satsforstuff.com and the Terms of Use are governed by Dutch law. The applicability of Article 6:227b paragraph 1 of the Dutch Civil Code is excluded in all agreements for non-consumers.
8. In the event of a dispute arising from the aforementioned agreements or the Terms of Use, only the court has jurisdiction. Notwithstanding the foregoing, a User acting as a consumer (a natural person not acting in the exercise of a profession or business) may submit the dispute to the court of their place of residence. The User must notify Satsforstuff.com within 1 (one) month after Satsforstuff.com invokes the jurisdiction of the court that they choose the court of their residence. Further options for submitting a complaint or resolving a dispute are included in Article 14 of the General Provisions of the Terms of Use.
II. Rules for Posting Listings
General Rules for Posting a Listing on the Platform
1. Listings that an Advertiser posts on the Platform must comply with the following general rules. Satsforstuff.com advises Advertisers to always carefully consider which rules apply to a Listing.
2. For creating a Listing, the following applies
- In each Listing for products, only one specific product (or one group of identical products) may be offered or sought.
- Each title and text of a Listing must contain a description of the product or service offered or sought.
- Titles and texts of Listings may only be written in Dutch or English. It is not permitted to post free Listings more than once on the Platform.
- It is not permitted to have multiple identical Listings online simultaneously or to have posted them simultaneously. It is not permitted to offer the same item or service in more than one Listing at the same time. It is not permitted to use more than one account to post multiple identical Listings or multiple Listings for the same item or service.
- If a Listing is removed before the end of the initial listing period (or an extension of that period), it is not permitted to post an identical Listing or a Listing for the same item or service within the original period. An exception is allowed if there is a justified reason, such as accidental removal of the Listing or if the sale unexpectedly did not occur.
- Each Listing must be placed in the most appropriate category.
3. Prohibited Listing Content
- The title and text of the Listing must not be misleading, inaccurate, or incorrect. They must clearly and correctly describe the product or service being offered.
- It is not permitted to imply that certain statutory rights of a User, such as the right to a product or a (digital) service or digital content that meets the specified requirements, are distinguishing features of the Listing or Advertiser if the buyer is already legally entitled to them.
- A Listing may not contain discriminatory, pornographic, offensive, threatening, hateful, or inciting content. The content must not contain political messages and/or personal data of third parties or be contrary to public order or good morals.
- It is not permitted to post a Listing solely for the purpose of directly or indirectly promoting a business.
- Photos included with a Listing must relate to the product or service offered.
- Free Listings may only mention websites or include links to websites if payment has been made. It is not permitted to mention websites or include links to websites that are wholly or partially filled with links to advertising websites or Listings primarily aimed at generating ad revenue through clicks.
- It is not permitted to post Listings solely to generate clicks on a particular website.
Illegal or Unlawful Products or Services
It is not permitted to offer products that are illegal or unlawful, or whose trade is prohibited. It is also not permitted to offer services that are illegal or unlawful to perform. A list of prohibited products can be found on this page.
Note: This list is not exhaustive and is only indicative. Not all trade in products or services on the list is necessarily prohibited, but it may be under certain circumstances, for example, due to lack of a permit. Products not on the list may also be illegal or unlawful under certain circumstances.
Both the Advertiser and the User responding to a Listing must always exercise caution when offering and responding to products. Users must be aware of the laws and regulations regarding the respective product. Satsforstuff.com advises Users to seek further information or advice if in doubt, for example on the website of the relevant regulatory authority.
No Infringement of Third-Party Intellectual Property Rights
It is not permitted to include in a Listing a product that infringes third-party intellectual property rights. This includes, among others, offering a product that infringes copyright, such as a photo in a Listing not created by the User and used without permission from the photographer; infringes trademark rights, such as counterfeit clothing bearing a visible brand offered in a Listing; or infringes design rights, such as a product (e.g., a bag) reproduced without the designer’s consent.
In the title and text of the Listing, only the brand name of the product being offered or sought may be used. Only the trade name or brand of the company from which the product or service originates may be mentioned. Mentioning trade names or brands of products or services not included in the Listing is not permitted. The product may only be compared with other products in the text of the Listing and not in the title. Such comparison must not create confusion about the original source of the product. Comparisons must not mention a trade name or brand in a misleading way. It is not permitted to include a disclaimer regarding the authenticity of the product in the Listing. Advertisers must ensure that their products are genuine and may legally be offered before posting them on the Platform.
Reporting Illegal or Infringing Listings to Satsforstuff.com
Reports of Listings violating the Terms of Use: Listings that violate the Terms of Use, such as Listings offering illegal products or containing offensive content, may be reported by anyone via the “report to Satsforstuff.com” system at the Listing. Misuse of the reporting system is considered a violation of the Terms of Use and may result in measures described in Chapter (I), Article 10 against the reporter.
Reports of intellectual property infringements: Rights holders may report a Listing infringing their rights and request its removal by contacting Satsforstuff.com according to the instructions. Rights holders may be holders of intellectual property rights, their authorized representatives, or legal authorities. If Satsforstuff.com reasonably concludes that the Listing is infringing, it will be removed. The information provided must verify that the reporting party is the rights holder or officially authorized. The information must also enable Satsforstuff.com to identify the Listing to be removed. Once Satsforstuff.com receives the first report, subsequent reports may also be sent via email to the address communicated by Satsforstuff.com.
Posting a Listing
1. A Listing can be posted once the Advertiser is logged in. An Advertiser posts a Listing via the “Post Listing” button on the Platform.
2. Users are not permitted to share login credentials with third parties, nor use third-party credentials to post Listings.
Formation of the Listing Agreement between Satsforstuff.com and Advertiser
1. After logging in, the Advertiser can create a Listing via the “Post Listing” button. Clicking “Post Listing” establishes the Listing Agreement between Satsforstuff.com and the Advertiser for free Listings. For paid Listings, the Listing Agreement is established once the payment procedure on the Platform is successfully completed.
2. Satsforstuff.com stores all data of each Listing Agreement for 14 (fourteen) days after removal of the Listing. Thereafter, the data is retained according to the Privacy Policy. The Advertiser may request this data within 14 (fourteen) days, specifying the email used and the listing number, by contacting Satsforstuff.com.
Duration a Listing Remains Online
1. Listings not subject to special rules remain online for at least 365 (three hundred sixty-five) days, provided the applicable (payment) conditions are met and the Advertiser does not remove the Listing. For Listings subject to special rules, Users will see the additional conditions on the Platform before posting.
2. If the product offered in the Listing is sold, the Listing must be removed. Upon removal, the Listing Agreement ends.
Visibility
When creating a Listing, the Advertiser may make the Listing more prominent in search results.
Right of Withdrawal
1. For services that an Advertiser acting as a consumer purchases from Satsforstuff.com, the right of withdrawal under Article 6:230o of the Dutch Civil Code may apply. If applicable, the Advertiser may withdraw from a Listing Agreement or related service agreement within 14 (fourteen) days of conclusion.
2. The right of withdrawal does not apply to Listings removed from the Platform under the Terms of Use (including Chapter (I), Article 10) or posted by Users excluded from Satsforstuff.com services or subject to restrictions.
3. Unless otherwise agreed, the Advertiser agrees that a Listing (or associated visibility option) is posted immediately, during the statutory withdrawal period, which may affect the right of withdrawal. The Advertiser waives the right of withdrawal once the Listing Agreement or associated visibility service is fully executed.
4. If the right of withdrawal under Chapter (II), Article 9.1 applies, the Advertiser owes a proportional fee for services provided until the withdrawal. In some cases, this fee is calculated based on the remaining days of the listing period and/or the average number of bids on Listings in the same category, as determined by Satsforstuff.com.
5. If the right of withdrawal is exercised, Satsforstuff.com will refund the price of the withdrawn Listing/service, minus the proportional fee, within 14 (fourteen) days via the original payment method.
Bids Are Non-Binding
1. Unless otherwise stated in these Terms of Use (see Chapter (V) Direct Purchase), a bid on a product or service in a Listing is not binding. This applies to all Users on the Platform. An Advertiser is not obliged to accept such a bid. Acceptance does not obligate the bidder to purchase.
2. If a Listing is removed due to expiration or other reasons, all associated bids are also removed.
3. It is not permitted to place bids solely to disrupt the bidding process.
Rules for Stating Price/Payment Methods in a Listing
1. An Advertiser may not only state part of the price in a Listing. The stated price must include all unavoidable costs for the User, including delivery fees, taxes, etc.
3. Advertisers acting as entrepreneurs selling to consumers are legally obliged under Article 38 of the Dutch VAT Act to indicate prices including VAT.
No Prior Control
Advertisers and Users must conduct sufficient research and obtain adequate information before posting a Listing. After completing the steps, the Listing is automatically posted. The Advertiser is responsible for the safety and legality of the products or services advertised, the accuracy of the offers, and the authority to sell products or offer services.
Indemnification of Satsforstuff.com by User
1. Every User indemnifies Satsforstuff.com against all third-party claims regarding damage related to (i) a (suspected) violation of the Terms of Use, (ii) the content of a Listing (including missing legally required pre-contractual information), or (iii) products traded via the Platform, with (ii) and (iii) applying only to Users who are also the relevant Advertiser.
2. Limitation of liability conditions are in Chapter (I), Article 12.
Listings May Also Be Published Elsewhere
1. Satsforstuff.com may use a Listing and its content for its own publicity purposes. This includes showing the Listing or parts thereof via other distribution channels, such as websites of companies affiliated with Satsforstuff.com.
2. By posting a Listing, the Advertiser grants Satsforstuff.com a free, worldwide, irrevocable, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, and publicly display the Listing and/or its content for marketing, promotion, and advertising purposes. The Advertiser guarantees the authority to grant this license.
3. Satsforstuff.com may provide third parties access to a Listing to promote it and other Listings on third-party websites, via email, and other channels.
4. Listings may be reformatted by Satsforstuff.com to ensure accessibility across all media, including mobile phones.
III. Additional Terms for Business Advertising
- General
1. These additional terms for business advertising apply exclusively to an Advertiser acting in a commercial or professional capacity, for purposes related to their trade, business, craft, or profession (“Business User”) in connection with their activities on or via the Platform, through Satsforstuff.com or otherwise, regardless of the product or service offered.
2. Business Users may choose to use specific services and functionalities provided by Satsforstuff.com, which may incur costs. These costs, or the settings leading to costs, are displayed to the Business User before they agree to use the relevant service or functionality.
3. A Listing posted via the Platform is visible across all media that the Platform can display, such as mobile applications. Listings may also be visible on external sites through optional additional distribution channels and affiliate programs.
2. Limitations of Services; Taking Measures
1. Before taking any measures toward a Business User as referred to in Chapter (I), Article 10, Satsforstuff.com shall provide the Business User with a rationale for the decision.
2. If Satsforstuff.com decides to terminate the provision of all its services to a Business User, it will generally provide the Business User with a rationale for that decision 30 (thirty) days in advance. This period may be shortened where legally permitted, for example, in cases of repeated violations or other circumstances.
Ranking of Listings
Several factors influence the order or manner in which Listings are displayed on the Platform. The default principle is that Listings are ranked by the time of posting, but exceptions apply. Posting a Listing in a category that requires payment does not, by itself, affect its ranking or display relative to other Listings in the same category.
Additional Services for Business Users
As described, additional services may be offered to Users via the Platform by Satsforstuff.com or third parties.
Access to Data by Satsforstuff.com and the Business User
1. During the agreement with the Business User and for a period thereafter, Satsforstuff.com has access to information about Business Users in the context of its services. This includes data provided by Business Users while using the Platform or generated by the Platform, or used for content licensing purposes (as included in these Terms of Use). Examples include registration information (personal data), account creation information, message content, and other content. Information generated during Platform use by Satsforstuff.com includes details of posted Listings, Listing display settings, experiences, user activity, payment information (if applicable), and communications between Users.
2. A Business User obtains the information necessary to use the Platform and any agreed additional services, such as messages, contact information of (potential) buyers, and relevant Listing information. During the agreement, the Business User has access to their account and related information, including Listing content and communications with other Users. In certain cases, based on additional agreements, statistical data, analytical information, view counts, and lead information may also be accessible.
3. If Satsforstuff.com provides third parties with provided or generated data not necessary for service delivery, it will inform the Business User as legally required.
4. After termination of the agreement, Satsforstuff.com may retain information and data from the Business User’s account as legally permitted or required.
Establishment in the EU & EU Goods
1. Satsforstuff.com services are intended solely for Business Users established in the EU. By using the Platform as a Business User, the Advertiser confirms that they are established in the EU.
2. Only goods located within the EU may be sold via the Platform (e.g., goods originating from or stored in the EU after import). When selling goods via the Platform, the Business User confirms that the goods are already within the EU territory before shipment to the buyer.
7. Mediation
- In case of a dispute between a Business User and Satsforstuff.com, Business Users may file a complaint following the procedure described in Chapter I, Article 13. If no resolution is found, parties may attempt to reach an agreement through mediation. Satsforstuff.com and the Business User are free to appoint a mutually chosen mediator. 2. Satsforstuff.com will reasonably consider requests to resolve disputes via market-recognized dispute resolution bodies as an alternative to legal proceedings.
8. Termination of the Agreement
The Business User may generally terminate their agreement with Satsforstuff.com at any time by deleting their account, unless otherwise agreed in writing (for example, in a separate Listing Agreement), in which case that agreed arrangement prevails over this article.

2. If payment is not made on time, Satsforstuff.com is also entitled to charge statutory commercial interest.
3. If the Advertiser fails to pay the full amount after a reminder, Satsforstuff.com is entitled to engage a collection agency and block its services for the relevant Advertiser. Judicial and extrajudicial collection costs shall be borne by the Advertiser.

How do I withdraw from my agreement with Satsforstuff.com?
As a consumer, you may, in certain cases, have the right to withdraw from an agreement between you and us. If you exercise this right of withdrawal, you are also entitled to a refund. This refund is calculated based on the number of days your advertisement was online and the number of visitors for similar services on Satsforstuff.com.
In which cases can I withdraw from my agreement with Satsforstuff.com?
You can withdraw from your agreement if you have purchased a service but the service has not yet been fully performed by us. An example of this is placing a paid advertisement.
You may withdraw from the agreement if you meet the following conditions:
- The service has not yet been fully performed by us.
- Your advertisement is no longer online.
- The service is not a subscription renewal.
You do not have the right to withdraw if the service has already been fully performed or if the execution of the agreement has started with your consent. For example, this applies if you have published an advertisement or sold the product you advertised.
What should I keep in mind when withdrawing from my agreement?
- The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you concluded your agreement with us.
- Before the 14-day withdrawal period expires, we must have received your message stating that you wish to withdraw. You can send an email to info@satsforstuff.com
